Fees
We charge 10% of the monthly rental payment. This also includes document delivery to client’s accountant for annual’s income tax.
Such payment is realized once annually.
The equivalent of 50% of the monthly rent of one month is utilized for the publication, property showing, background check on the potential tenant, rent/leasing contract drafting and follow up.
Any service provided to the property by a third party (plumbers, accountant, lawyer, electric technicians, or any other handyman) shall be first approved by the owner and shall be billed separately.
Owners that opt not to rent the property and wish and administrative service shall be charged a flat fee once the specific services are determined
